Requirement:

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Accounting.

· Have experience 4-5 years in similar field (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING TAX AUDIT, TAX OBJECTION AND TAX APPEAL).

· Have good understanding of cost Accounting, perspective, analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, accurate.

· Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.

· Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.

· Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Maintaining good liaison with any third parties, such as United Labors, Apindo, Dinas Tenaga Kerja-Pegawai Perantara, and Auditor Officers, Confederation of Labor Union RTMM, as well as Law Enforcements;

• Taking care of industrial relation issues between employees and company, through bipartite and/or medias of industrial relation settlements;

• Acting as the intermediary of communication between Businessmen and Governments by accommodating regular meetings for HR communities.



To manage such an imperative functions, ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :



• S1 Degree in Law from reputable universities

• A minimal of ten (10) years of experience in handling industrial relation issues, preferably hone in manufacturing set-up, out of which minimal five (5) years exposed to the managerial functions;

• Shows a good communication and negotiation skills, so as to blend in a multitude cultures as well as people with various background;

• Performing an upright business acumen;

• Good leadership and management proficiencies;

• Your success will be largely attributed to coordinating the organizations in delivering the Core Business Plans, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills as well as a solid track record in accomplishing the predetermined deadlines in a highly dynamic environment is a must

6. PROCESS ENGINEER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Chemical or similar tertiary technical institution;
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in oil gas processing or similar role;
• Posses expertise on Process simulation software skills such as HYSYS;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Experience in LNG Plant process technology will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Computer and process application software such as HYSYS;
• Process evaluation for existing gas facilities performance including gas compression, produced water disposal, process control and safety.

General Qualification

Job requirements:

M/F, age between 27-33 years old
*
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, and preferably middle managers and above with 2-3 years experience in big 5 public accounting firm, internal audit or accounting field
*
Fluent in English and computer literate
*
A recognized professional accounting qualification such as CIA, and experiences in using ACL software is a strong plus
*
Strong management skill, organizational, analytical and presentation skill, and having the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
*
Must be able to work independently
*
Willing to travel

INTERNAL AUDITOR (IA)



Your main responsibility is auditing our company business process. it includes planning, checking, controlling and monitoring the process in the company.



Requirements:

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Accounting, with min. GPA 3.2

· Understanding multi finance business, having experience in the same area would be preferred.

· Having a good analytical and critical thinking.

· Having a good communication skill.

· Able to work in a team.

· Literate in English is a must.
