HRD Manager
Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 40 years old.
* Graduated min. S1 Majoring Management, Law, Psychology from reputable University.
* Having minimum 7 years experiences in the same field.
* Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & HR administration, Job laveling , KPI ,making company rules and regulations, design employee salary structure, familiar with tax and Jamsostek.
* Full understanding Indonesian Labor Law/ UU 13 and its implementation.
* Experience in contact with government, understand UUG, UKL/UPL, JKKDK, BKPM.
* Able to design and develop training programs.
* Have outstanding leadership and communication skill.
* Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented and strong analytical thinker.
* Location: Grogol-Jakarta Barat and Cibitung
