MARKETING MANAGER


We are looking to hire a superior customer oriented, experienced store manager for an efficient, cost-controlled, well-merchandised, and profitable bookstore. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff. A minimum of 3 years retail Store Management experience and computer skills are essential.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department,

which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on

meeting organizational objectives.
- To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing

activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets

are devolved.

- The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for

stores and it's programs across all available media.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with

all departments to execute.



Qualification :


- Degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing or Bachelor of

Arts in Mass Communications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience specifically in marketing,

preferably in retail industry
- Lead and direct marketing campaigns which include

programme implementation, evaluation and budgetary control
- Experience in managing both above and below the line programmes such as

event management, advertising, promotion, etc
- Good understanding of consumer brand management with past

execution experience
- Experience in manage a team of marketers
- Regional marketing exposure is a definite advantage
- Familiar with production processes in vreative works
