Crew Manning Staff (CM-Staff)
Requirements:
 Preferably from Institute of Marine Merchant majoring Port & Shipping Management
 Min. 2 (two) years experience in recruiting crew for tanker, tug & barge.
 Goodg knowledge about crew agreement, crew remuneration, STCW requirement, sea regulation
 Good English & Computer literate
Port Engineer (PE)
Requirements:
 At least 3 years working experience as Port Engineer/Surveyor
 Strong knowledge in vessel's machinery
 Good English & Computer literate

Qualifications:

. Male/Female, max. 25 years old

. Fresh graduate, min. DIII degree from Secretarial Academy/Course, Business Administration or Computer Science with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university

. Excellent communication skills both oral & written in English and Bahasa

. Strong administration and time management skills

. Good analytical skill

. Flexible and creative

. Computer literate (MS Office esp. Excel & Powerpoint), good in chart & graphic design (PhotoShop, CorelDraw, etc.

. Meticulous, deadline driven, self motivated, team player

. Prefer Design Graphic
