TRAINING DESCRIPTION

 

Manpower Planning (MPP) helps organization to predict and calculate the needs of manpower. It can minimize "waste" in recruitment, uncertainty of manpower needs including eliminate error in staffing.

 

Workload analysis (WLA) tells us how heavy the job done by the job holder.  There are various methods in doing WLA. This workshop recommends time study as the method since it help us to grab the closest condition of each job and more detail.

WLA can show us:

 

1.       Has the workload been efficient?

2.       How productive our employees?

3.       Have they performed optimally their time and skill?

4.       How many employees actually do we need in each department/division/organization?

5.       How to improve work efficiency
