PT. Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam, an French Company is looking for candidates who meet the following positions:

HRD MANAGER

Requirements:
• Female 35 - 45 years old;
• S1 / S2 in Psychology of Industry or Industrial Management background;
• Having minimum 5 (five) years experience in manufacturing company as HRD Manager;
• Mobile and understandable in HR Strategic Management;
• Knowledgeable in HRMIS or other tools of HR system;
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skill;
• Effective in spoken and written English, French speaking is a plus;
• Willing to stay in Batam.
