General Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information
  • Technology or related area for Account & Support.
  • Holding Master Degree in related area is preferred for Managerial Position.
Experience in related field:
  • Minimum 3 years for Engineer position
  • Minimum 5 years for SI Regional, Support Engineer andAssistant Manager
  • Minimum 7 years for Manager/Project Manager

NETWORKS AND MULTIMEDIA
MANAGED SERVICES HEAD OF NETWORK OPERATION (CODE: MS – HNO)

Basic Requirements: Highly developed telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, Charging concepts, etc) Highly developed knowledge and exposure to VAS, IN, Charging, Mediation, Messaging, Streaming, Portal and 3G Application.

1. HEAD OF SOLUTION ARCHITECTS (CODE: H-SA)

To lead and develop the Solution Architect team and ensure competence, utilization and deliverables are performed in high quality and excellence Specific Requirements: Background in the technical sales & consultancy capacity in the telecommunication industry, specifically in the area of IN, VAS, Mediation, Messaging, 3G Application & Multimedia Solid experience in leading and developing people and teams.

2. CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER – MULTIMEDIA & SYSTEM
To manage assigned MMSI customer projects and to assure the fulfilmentof project goals, customer's expectations and customer relationSpecific Requirements: Solid project management skills and experiencein IN, VAS, Mediation, Messaging, 3G Application & Multimedia Highlydeveloped skills of relevant tools such as Verdi, MS Project.
3. REGIONAL SOLUTION INTEGRATOR IN & CHARGING

To secure planning, design, installation, configuration, testing andintegration of the solution are delivered to customer in Regional (SouthEast Asia countries)

Specific Requirements: Proficient & solid experienced in IN & Chargingimplementat ion; Good knowledge in various Operative Systems, Databases,Developme nt languages, Protocols, Applications/ Solutions and differentplatforms knowledge English fluency is a must. Have willingness to travelfrequently.

4. IP SOLUTIONS

To understand Ericsson Market Unit business objectives, focusing on Redback product sales within these objectives; Advocate and evangelize Redback technology into every solution consisting of IP equipment

To provide pre-sales support: RFQ response, lab testing, customer presentations, driving MU feature needs into Redback subsidiary, etcprincipal responsibility for consulting engineering, team ownership, overallPA/BNET interface and business development support

Basic Requirements: In-depth technology knowledge of and strongoperating experience in more than one of the following solution areas:Broadband networks, IP Routing, Metro Ethernet, MPLS/ATM/FR, Security, xDSL/FTTx Access, 2G /3G Wireless Access, Multi-Service platforms(Voice and Video), Wireless network components, Transmission Systems.Have willingness to travel frequently.

4.a IP SOLUTIONS MANAGER (CODE: IPSM)
Having solid experience in consulting engineering, team ownership, overall PA/BNET interface and business development support.
4.b IP SOLUTIONS ENGINEER (CODE: IPSE)

Having solid experience in solution architecture, high-level design, customer technical interface and M-PBN solution and program ownership.


PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
5. MANAGE SERVICES PROCESS AND QUALITY MANAGER

Responsible to maintain the master database with attachment library, regular discussion with Subject Matter Expert and stakeholders oncustomized processes,and updating of the processes as and when necessary.

Specific Requirement: Solid background in Product Management, Planning, Design, Deployment, Operation / Support, testing environmentor product development position of telecommunications networks /products and having involvement in activities related to process management and control such as ISO certification. Familiar with MS-TOPor e-TOM will be an advantage.

6. SOLUTION INTEGRATOR for MVV (CODE: NS-MVV)

Responsible to ensure a multi-vendor environment solution is implemented and verified by the necessary expertise and processes in accordance withthe 3GPP Standards and customer's requirements.

Specific Requirement: Proven experience on the specific implementationarea of Intelligent Network or Radio Network (PS- Radio). Good understanding of cellular telecommunication networks and technologies on various networks and systems (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, IN) and associated signaling protocols, end user equipment, standards, applicable test toolse.g. Protocol Analyzer. Prepared for international travel.

7. NETWORK & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING

Within the specific area (radio, core or transport), to deliver network design& performance improvement services and to provide technical support incustomer discussions and respond to queries related to network designand optimization.

Basic Requirements: Hands on experience in services delivery in network planning and optimization activities; Solid and strong background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/ WCDMA system; Highly developed knowledge ofnetwork design and network performance techniques; Highly developed knowledge in radio/core/transpor t planning and optimization tools.

7.a RADIO ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: RND/NPI)
Able to perform network dimensioning & design, frequency plans, features & parameter setting, tuning & optimization activities in live network, analysis of measurement result, and radio network optimisation in different environment.
7.b CORE ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: CND/NPI)
Experience in the area of digital switching systems (e.g. AXE) and in Circuit-Switched domain or Packet-Switched, Signalling (No. 7) network, Detail Network Configuration/ setting, Nodes & Links & interfaces Dimensioning, Network Impacts Studies/analysis for different SW/HW release.
7.c TRANSPORT ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: TND/NPI)
Able to perform capacity/traffic dimensioning, network topology design, node and link dimensioning, choice of transmission media & equipment network impact studies, field survey and site selection support, network operation & management systems, transmission network optimisation.
8. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Support engineer responsible in handling customer complaints and service requests from customers, provide pro-active support, participates inproduct/system introduction and rollouts and maintain good relationship with customers. The ideal candidates are one who willing to work outside normal office hour, having Ericsson product skills and excellent troubleshooting competences in following details:
8.a SUPPORT ENGINEER – MSS (CODE: SE – MMS)
MGw and MSC Server (3G Core Nodes), Core Network Analysis, and all call flows. Having knowledge on multivendor standard, such as signalling, interworking, etc.
8.b SUPPORT ENGINEER – TMS/NMS (CODE: SE – TMS)
Unix (SUN Solaris) system administration, Veritas (Volume Manager &Netbackup), Database Administration (experience in Sybase / Oracle willbe a plus value). Deep knowledge in Telecommunication Management System concept, preferably has experience working with Ericsson OSS,NMS (Temip, HP OV, Formula), CORBA, SNMP, LDAP, Versant, programming / scripting (JAVA, PHP, Shell script).
8.c SUPPORT ENGINEER – Transmission (CODE: SE – TRM)
Microwave, PDH, SDH and fibre optic, having deep knowledge inTransmission troubleshooting, fault analysis and experience in installation work is preferable, willing to travel to remote area is a must.
8.d SUPPORT ENGINEER – MultiMediation (CODE: SE – MMD)
UNIX (Sun Solaris) System Administration, VERITAS (Clustering and Storage), TCP/IP, Diameter and experience in Programming Language(C++ equivalent, Bash script).
8.e SUPPORT ENGINEER – IN (CODE: SE – IN)

UNIX (Sun Solaris) System Administration, SS7 Signalling & Routing, TCP/IP, SSF/SCF/HLR/ MSC/VLR, IN Script, CAMEL, CS1+, Sigtran, XML.


NETWORK DEPLOYMENT & INTEGRATION
9. CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER (CODE: PM – NDI)

To manage multivendor project specifically in the area of GSM and/orWCDMA Telecommunication Network.

Specific Requirement: Experience in tender process and rolling out of Turnkey Project in one or more of this areas: Mobile Core Network, Network Management System, Radio Network and/or Transmission Network, 2G and/or 3G. Strong Project Management Skill and Contract Management. PMP Certified is a must.

10. IMPLEMENTATION
Ensuring that installation, testing and integration are performed as plannedand verifying that nodes is working as Ericsson and Customer have agreed and ensure that customer received best implementation services result as measured by lead time, quality and cost.
10.a TRANSMISSION ENGINEER (CODE: TRM – ENG)
Ericsson Mini-Link equipments (Mini-Link E, Traffic Node, and High-Capacity) . Experiences in other Transmission equipments (ie, DXX, Marconi) will be an advantage.
10.b RBS ENGINEER (CODE: RBS – ENG)

Ericsson Radio Base Station, good knowledge on GSM and WCDMA, and has basic knowledge on ATM and IP Networking.

10.c OSS/NMS ENGINEER (CODE: OSS – ENG)
Windows 2003, Windows XP, Linux, Sun Solaris, HP Unix, server-clientbased application, SQL, Sybase and Ingres database, Active Directory, TCP/IP, SNMP, Network Management System product.
11. CME DESIGN ENGINEER (CODE: CME – ENG)
To ensure a cost effective design of civil works complying with standard ofquality, manage CME work consultant, elaborate site design requirements, and establish review process. Should have excellent knowledge andexperience in CME implementation scope on telecommunication works (Mats, Tower and equipment enclosures) in particular foundation designand installation.

ACCOUNT & SUPPORT
12. ACCOUNT MANAGER (CODE: AM)

Develop and implement sales activities of the assigned account and ensurethe achievement of targeted sales and highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure that the contract deliverables are ordered and invoiced as stipulatedin the contract and the project financial targets of equipment and services are met according to the initial project plan.

Specific Requirement: Excellent experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, prepare annual Account plan, covering sales target and marketing activities. Pertinent experience in maintaining close productive relationship with customer, especially in middle to upper management. Strong knowledge in Telecommunications industry, its dynamics, business drivers, and challenges. Excellent skills in sales presentations and negotiation with customer for commercial at middle to upper management level ofauthorities.

13. ASSISTANT SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (CODE: ASM)

Responsible in services account management activities and the achievement of target by maintaining close productive relationship to ensure continuing contracts and that proper sales support services are provided to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Specific Requirement: Hands on experience in establishing orders & sales budgets, implementing sales plan, sales process and special promotion toaid achievement of services sales goals and able to identify potential sales reflected from customer requirements.

14. BID MANAGER (CODE: BM)

To lead the bidding activities from receiving bidding documents until submission, and to ensure that sales process are implemented in compliance with Ericsson Directives.

Specific Requirement: Strong experience in Bid Management activities, preparing Tender Request for Proposal. Brief experience in sales, pre sales and support functions are also preferred.
