The following is the qualifications required for the Receptionist position in Bank Commonwealth Institute of Golf :

Admin/Receptionist
(Jawa Barat - Cibinong)



Responsibilities:

* Nature and Scope:

o Manage the day to day administration of the business. Assist Operations Manager with the duties and make sure standard operating procedures are followed.

* Accountabilities:

o Ensure that all data enters in the system are accurate and validated
o Ensure all transaction are recorded and that financial payments for all services and merchandise are accounted for
o Ensure that "End of Day Reconciliation" process is carried out at the end of the day
o Complete all required reports for both operations and finance functions in an accurate and timely manner
o Ensure Operational practices and Procedures are carried out accordingly
o Ensure that all bookings are confirmed and allocated
o Ensure that all repair service transactions are followed through and assigned to responsible Golf Pro in the required timeline
o Ensure that all incoming deliveries (mail/supplies/stocks) are keyed in promptly into the system within 24hrs
o Assist any administrative duties as required by Operations Manager and Golf Pro
o Monthly Stock Take at the end of every month for F&B, demo clubs, and merchandise items
o Reception duties as needed

Requirements:

* Female
* Very good command in English both oral and written
* Computer skills
* Pleasant appearance and personality
* Education preference from Secretarial background (minimum D3)
* Willing to work on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
* Execellent communication skills, leadership skills, and team player
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under sustained pressure
* Basic Salary and lunch allowance provided
* Experience:

o Frontline Reception / Customer Service
o Cash Handling
o Finance / Accounting
