A telecom industry service provider is opening an office in Jakarta and is seeking a Personal Assistant to join its young and dynamic team.

Personal Assistant



The candidate will be responsible to handle various tasks such as: providing general administrative support to sales & marketing + management, supporting promotion and PR activities & other marketing events and carrying out other duties.


General Requirements:

*
Bachelor or Diploma (D3) in Business/Marketing/PR/IT/Secretarial Studies
*
Very good written and fluent and confident spoken English
*
Knowledge/experience/interest in IT/telecom related fields is an advantage
*
Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
*
Able to work proactively, think independently and is reliable
*
Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Able to start work in January 2008
*
Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
