Superintendent Operation Applications
Analyze, organize, evaluate, and deliver appropriate, reliable, and efficient IT system

Specific requirements
• Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business
Administration)
• Having experience in Business Systems industry for at least 5 years
• Having knowledge and experience in applications project management for at least 3

Superintendent, Security & Release Architect
Provide application deployment leadership by creating and enforcing a common and
consistent approach to the quality, security, performance and completeness for all
applications prior to their release to customers thereby reducing rework, poor
supportability, compromised security, incomplete development, incomplete
documentation or other application system components that can easily degrade the
business value of the development.
Specific requirements
• Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business
Administration). Having a Master Degree (S2) in ad advantage.
• At least 5 years experience in IS design, development and release.
• At least 3 years experience with user requirement analysis and change management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Work Location: Jakarta, with minimum traveling

Superintendent Infrastructure System
To manage and control all Databases (Oracle and SQL) and Application servers/services
within sites, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with
department and industry standards, customer requirements, and Company policy. The
main duties includes develop strategic initiatives; provide leadership and direct project
assignment and staffing to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5
years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Database Architecture and Management,
Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft .NET, Share Point Portal
Server, Team Foundation Server and Server Hardware Management.
• Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• Work Location: Papua

Senior Engineer Data Network– 1 position
Operate and maintain Wide and Local Area Network to ensure performance, reliability, and
availability of the network in accordance with management requirement, including leading
projects for continuous performance improvement and enhancement.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bacheolor Degree in Informatics/Computer/Electrical

/Electronics Engineering with 5
years experience in Data Networking.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Products, TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN and WAN architecture, WiFi, and

Geologist Data Collection
Observe, collect, record and report as per management direction geologic facts in the
areas assigned to provide accurate, updated and timely information as a basis for further
decisions on the development of the company's resources and reserves.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Geoscience with at least 2 years experience in mineral geology
(mining or exploration).
• Good ability in rock/ mineral identification, mapping, sampling, recording and logging
techniques.

Sr. Geologist Data Collection
Monitoring closely, participating in and having comprehensive knowledge of all geological
activities and information in the area assigned with attention to safety, efficiency and
regulations.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Geoscience with at least 5 years experience in mineral geology
(mining or exploration).
• Working exposure in multiple mining/ exploration location is preferred.
• Knowledge of GIS, CAD, database software applications and their appropriate use;
cartographic skills in geology.

Chief Engineer UG Geotechnical
Plan, supervise, coordinate, evaluate, analyze and provide recommendation and
suggestion regarding geotechnical aspect to ensure mining activities in underground can
be optimized for safe and efficient production.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Mining engineering, Geology or Civil with at least 5 years
experience in geotech or mining.
• Knowledge of Vulcan, Autocad, Slope Monitoring, Mining Software and computer
graphics.
• Work Location: Papua

Engineer UG Geotechnical
Coordinate and supervise all technicians/ seismologist in Microseismic Monitoring for
geotechnical purposes and other project as end users clients requirements to ensure all
the application are established accurately timely and in compliance with policies
procedures and quality requirement.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Mining engineering (Exploration) or Geophysics (Geophysical
Engineering/ Meteorology and Geophysics) with at least 1-2 years working experience.
• Familiar with geophysical methods especially seismic method.

Superintendent LL Warehousing
Manage all Lowland warehouse functions to perform and provide good service in
supporting the achievement of operation target timely and efficiently.
Specific requirements are
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Technical with at least 10 years experience in warehousing and
inventory control.
• Working knowledge of mobile equipment maintenance and heavy construction desirable.

Superintendent BG Development
Direct, plan, and control development and/or pre-production activities to ensure they are
executed safely and the target is achieved in a timely and at the most cost effective
manner, in order to support the continuity of the production and in compliance with
company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Specific requirements are
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Mining Engineering with 8 years experience in Underground
Engineering and Underground Operations especially in development.
• Familiar with and having licensed for all UG equipments required i.e. Loader and Drill
Machine.
• Good understanding in geological knowledge (rocks type and structure).
• Blaster II Certification; KIM (Kartu Ijin Meledakan).
• Work Location: Papua

General Foreman, UG Ventilation Sampling/Survey
Organize and supervise UG ventilation system survey and monitoring in order to provide
comprehensive data and/or information regarding ventilation condition in the field as
reference in developing preventive and/or any necessary action.
Specific requirements are
• (S1) Mining Engineer with minimum of 2 years experience in Underground Mining and 3
year experience in Underground ventilation system
• Computer skill; Familiar with MS-Office Program, Ventilation modeling software
• Work Location: Papua

Chief Engineer, Pre-Production and Construction
Direct technical engineering functions of the Underground construction and 50K project
towards a successful objective, which consists of accelerated production, a quality built
mine, under budget and employing sound engineering principles and practices to support
the daily mining operation and its efforts to meet production targets
Specific requirements are
• A bachelor's degree in Civil or Mining Engineering as the minimum requirement with at
least 4 to 6 years experience in related underground mining projects and mining methods
• Ability to use Microsoft Office computer programs, AutoCad, and Vulcan mining
software.
• Work Location: Papua

Surveyor Technical Services
Provide timely and accurate photo survey and mapping data (as requested), to all Mining,
Engineering, Geology and Exploration related user departments
Specific requirements are
• Geodetic or Civil Bachelor with one year of Under ground surveying experience or
Technical high school / high school mathematical with 3 years of Under ground surveying
experience, on intermediate English communication (writing and conversation), be aware
on safety
• Work Location: Papua

Designer UG Engineering
Direct and supervise all activities in the Underground Engineering Drafting and Document
Control group to ensure all jobs are completed accurately, and in a timely manner, in
compliance with all standards, to support the achievement of the Underground Mine
operations targets; the drafting tasks cover mining excavations, civil/structural
installations, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. In addition, this group
distributes all of these drawings for approval and files (both electronic and hard copies)
the final drawings
Specific requirements are
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil, with at least
3 to 4 years of experience in Underground Mining operation.
• Technical drawing ability (Civil, Structural, and Mechanical).
• Underground Mining Drawing and topography.
• Administration and filling system.
• Computer skills (AutoCAD, Vulcan and Microsoft Products).
• Work Location: Papua

Professionally deliver competency based learning and assessment to a culturally diverse

Specific requirements are
• A Bachelor degree (S1) in technical education backgrounds with at least 5 years of work
experiences as Grasberg operators.
• Good communications skills in both Indonesian and English languages, verbal and
written.
