Account Manager - Communnication Sector (Telco)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)



Responsibilities:

* Job Purpose


* The CS (Communication Sector) AM is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of Microsoft's engagements in the Indonesia CS market which includes: Telecom, Media and Entertainment customers . In addition to driving revenue by working with customers and partners, this position spearheads the effort to incorporate CS Solutions (Connected Services Framework, Contact Center Framework and Hosting) into the CS industry. To accomplish both these objectives, the successful candidate must be able to interact and work effectively across all levels of the customer organization, from key Business Decision Makers and CXOs.


* Responsibilities
* Achieves and maximizes revenue in CS accounts.
* Establishes and maintains regular dialogues with senior management and key influencers of CS accounts to establish deep relationships and increase the partnership with Microsoft.
* Works with partners and CMO to identify trends and develop sales and promotional plans to increase Microsoft's revenue in CS solutions ( Connected Services Framework, Contact Center Framework and Hosting)
* Tracks competitive activity and builds plans to effectively counter it.
* Builds relationships at the appropriate levels with key partners to jointly pursue and close large solution opportunities at enterprise accounts.
* Builds a network of supporters from CS industry who will champion and use Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Strong closing skills and aggressive in pursuing revenue targets and objectives
* Previous experience in managing business partnerships with solution providers, or partners preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft's products and of competitive platforms and tools
* Relevant sales experience within the Communication/ Telco industry (specifically with short sales-cycle)
