Country Sales Manager - MSN
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

* Role Purpose


* This is a challenging and senior sales leadership role reporting to the Sales Manager for Emerging Markets. The Indonesia - Country Sales Manager (CSM) will manage and oversee the activities of MSN Sales House in Indonesia. Given that the success of MSN ID relies heavily on strong Sales House partnership, this role is critical to the business. Therefore, the main focus of the CSM is on developing the business, growing revenues and increasing Sales Partner satisfaction, loyalty and overall ability to drive our business in their market - Indonesia.


* The CSM works with Sales House and Partner Sales Managers to set the overall business strategy and direction for their markets.


* The key deliverables for this role include a set of coherent and consistent management methods and standard contractual arrangements that will apply across all Sales Houses in the regions. The CSM will take stock of existing Sales House relationships and recruit new partners as appropriate. Additionally, the CSM is responsible for packaging a motivational development programme via, e.g. Trade marketing and Learning and Development deliverables.


* Qualifications and Experience


* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years Sales Management experience, preferably in a large blue chip communications company or agency managing teams of 50+ people
* Evidence of ability to drive and manage profitable relationships with partner organisations
* Respected high profile in Indonesia media business an advantage
* Fluency in speaking/reading in Bahasa & English is essential. Ability in additional Asian languages would be an advantage
