Trade Marketing Supervisor


Reporting to Trade Marketing Manager



Major Duties:

*
Develop and implement trade marketing plan which meets the objectives of the national sales & marketing plan and align with brand strategy and the needs of the sales operation
*
Ensure efficient use of BTL budget considering importance of brand campaign
*
Ensure the implementation of operational plan on time in full and manage change required in order to ensure sales objectives are met
*
Develop & implement new innovation for visibility, trade program and consumer activation

To be successful in the position, you would have the following requirements:

*
Male, single
*
Having minimum Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum 3 years experience in related job
*
Having good knowledge in telecommunication business
*
Strong leadership and planning
*
Strong analytical thinking, innovative and creative
*
Willing to work hard and have a good motivation
*
Customer service orientation
*
Willing to travel all around Indonesia
*
English ability both oral and written
