We are a national reputable fast growing garment manufacturing & distribution company based in West Jakarta with 4 main branch offices and distribution areas in 22 provinces with more than 150 showrooms and 400 counters of fashion at well known malls, shopping centres and department stores around Indonesia. Our fashion brand is well known as POLO and C.K.F, which have become fashion leaders and gained a strong brand awareness in the domestic market with POLO Casual, Formal, Ladies, Kids also C.K.F Casual Men's & Ladies Wear. Therefore, to cope with our fast continual growth & development, we are inviting talented and high caliber candidates to join and grow with us for the following positions:

Regional HRD & GA Coordinator / Supervisor (HRD & GA)
(Bali, Surabaya, Batam, Bintan)

Responsibilities:

* To manage, plan, monitor & develop HRD & GA operational to support all of company activities and enhance organization's performance.

Requirements:

* Male max. age 38 years old with diploma or bachelor's degree in law, psychology or management
* Possess min. 3 years experience in similar position at garment / retail company
* Excellent in HR function (compensation & benefits, personnel, recruitment, training, industrial relation, system & organization development, etc)
* Experience in manpower regulations (including PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and strong knowledge of GA jobs (building management, security, driver, cleaning service, legal, etc)
* Willing to travel and to be placed at Bali, Surabaya, Batam or Bintan also willing to work overtime
* Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
* Strong leadership, coordination, analytical thinking and good communication both written and verbal, able to work independently as well as in teams, problem solving oriented also interpersonal skill.
