:: Compensation & Benefit Officer (Comben)

Kompetensi:

- Mampu membuat dan mengembangkan Total Compensation and Benefit System

- Mampu melakukan survei sistem penggajian dan mengembangkan sistem kompensasi yang kompetitif

- Membuat kajian dan analisa perbaikan kebijakan kompensasi dan benefit serta implementasinya

- Memahami sistem informasi HR yang terkait dengan kompensasi dan benefit

Kualifikasi:

v Pendidikan min. S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen SDM, Tehnik Industri, Akuntansi, Komputer Akuntasi

v Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang reward management (penggajian), min. 2-3 tahun

v Memahami konsep manajemen SDM dan konsep Kompensasi dan Benefit

v Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan logika yang baik

v Menguasai Ms. Office, diutamimakan yang menguasai pengoperasian software yang terkait

v Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan dan UU Perpajakan
