Sales Support Admin - Bali


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- To receive Sales Order from Sales (Distributor & Canvassing) and Customer Interactive Center
- To entry Sales Order from point 1 above to Carmen/SAP System
- To check Sales Order Release (Released by Finance) then to create Picking List for those Released Sales Order
- To create Material Reserve for all Testing Material before good issued by Warehouse Admin
- To monitor and compile all Voucher Activation Request through Carmen then request to Revenue Assurance to activate based on deadline (HO)
- To request Voucher Activation through Carmen and closely monitor to ensure there is no overdue (Branch/Depot)
- To create Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Report as and when requested by her/his Superior in HO or Branch (Regional Manager)

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum D3 from Accounting or Computer
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Administration
- Computer Literate, experienced in SAP System especially Module Sales Distribution and Material Management are recommended
- Analytical thinking and have knowledge in Basic Accounting
- Good communication and coordination among them
- Fluent in English for both spoken and written is preferred

- Willing to be placed in Bali
