Division Head of CRM


Reporting to the Chief Of Marketing & Strategy, the Division Head of CRM is responsible for planning, executing, refining and measuring CRM programs by working with a variety of organizational functional departments. The incumbent is responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership that will enable the division to execute its annual programs as well as meet annual goals and objectives. Major responsibilities include the following:

Planning both short and long term strategic objectives for CRM programs
*
Continually building and refining knowledge base for customer base, including annual Situational Assessment and Marketing Plan for assigned segment
*
Assessing competition and category dynamics, analyzing customer needs and identifying market opportunities
*
Developing CRM programs (including development of concept, strategy, targeting, execution and ongoing program management that are consistent with CRM goals and objectives)
*
Managing day to day responsibilities of specialist assigned to team, directing Customer Analytics activities in the execution and measurement of CRM programs, and working with other line managers in the marketing to develop new products and promotions that drive segment equity

To be successful in the position, you would have the following requirements:

A minimum of S1 degree in management of marketing
*
At least a solid of 5 years experience of tactical, management or other industry experience in a similar environment, preferably from telecommunication industry or alternatively from banking
*
Sound knowledge of aspects of loyalty marketing and communication
*
Strong analytical skills and being comfortable with statistics and quantitative analysis are crucial for this position, as well as being a strategic thinker, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an intense, dynamic environment
