We are a Japanese company under "Panasonic Group" a leader in the lamp manufacturing with global & dynamic vision and due to a rapid growth in our global market, seeking a qualified candidates with high commitment to work together with our winning team to fill in the position as :


Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities :

1.
Managing & evaluating maintenance system.
2.
Managing & controlling new production equipment started from installation to commissioning as per
3.
project schedule.
4.
Take corrective action and preventive action for non-conforming production equipment, including repair
5.
the equipment breakdown.
6.
Ensuring stability of new production equipment in the term of machine capability.

Expected Qualifications :

1.
S-1 graduated from reputable university majoring mechanical engineering.
2.
Age maximum 38 years.
3.
Working experience in Maintenance function from reputable manufacturing companies at least 5 years and experience in the managerial level position at least 1 years.
4.
Strong experience in maintenance skill.
5.
Good communication skill and fluent in English both oral and written, Japanese language is preferred
6.
Willing to live in Pasuruan area.
