Customer Service Associate

Primary Accountabilities:

* Processing all the orders for all customers in dedicated area as assign by the Customer Service Head
* Communicate incoming product to the sales team and customers as assigned, and make sure all product deliver on time, especially product highlight
* Providing and informing information to the customers
* Process, filing and recording returns, and make sure all the process flows accordingly and meet the time line given
* Others assignment assigned by Customer Service Head


* Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Accounting Major
* At least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service / Admin role
* Good command in English both oral & written
* Proficient in the use of computers and MS application software (Word & Excel) is essential
* Good communication skill with highest sense of responsibility and personal integrity
* Good planning and organizing skills
