To cope with our rapid growth and international expansion, we are inviting well-trained high potential professionals to join our operation in Indonesia for the following positions:
QA Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Report to Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to ensure day to day quality assurance department runs smoothly in handle two different products (Ambience and Fresh diary product)
* Promoting product quality achievement and performance improvement throughout organization
* Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring the targets are achieved
* Assessing companies product specifications and customer requirements
* Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and legislation
* Setting up and maintaining quality assurance controls and documentations
* Identifying relevant product quality-related training needs
* Collating and analyzing performance level against implemented standards
* Supervising appointed technical personnel in carrying out their work duties effectively and efficiently
* Writing technical and management system reports
* Conducting regular GMP audit, food safety audit as part of quality improvement process
* Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical report
* Take a part on company initiatives in regards with CIP (Cost Improvement Program)

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in chemistry, microbiology, or food technology
* Have a minimum 5 years experience in quality control and quality insurance capacity in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company (Food is more preferable)
* Have a good understanding in GMP, HACCP, and food safety, as well as familiar with Quality audit system and related regulations and policies
* Team player with good communication skills
* Have a strong process and result oriented
* Have a good English communication skill and computer literate
