Now we are looking for a Position who will be in charge for Director of Sales & Marketing Accor Hotels in Surabaya.


Job Profile & Qualifications :

* Experience minimum 1 year as DOS or 3 years as S & M Manager
* Results oriented, consultative approach with strong selling skill who focus to the total hotel profitability and exceeding targets
* Proactive and aggressive to penetrate the market in every circumstances
* Have good knowledge of Accounts Management
* Able to manage collections, recording and good analysis of customer database
* Able to make effective strategies to develop existing accounts and acquire new accounts
* Can make effective Marketing strategies from all different aspects based on purchasing behaviour and market wants
* Able to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well organized manner
* Strong managerial and leadership skills. Posses analytical ability, problem solving and decision making skills
* Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individual. Dynamic, honest, mature, responsible and able to work under pressure and long hours
* Preferably having knowledge of product, competition and marketplace
* Fluent in written and spoken English
