HR Supervisor (HRS)



Qualification:

1.
Bachelor degree of any discipline (Psychology is preferable) from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
2.
Male or Female with maximum 30 years of age.
3.
Have minimum 4 years professional experiences in consumer good industry will be an advantage.
4.
Experience in training, people development and recruitment.
5.
Can conduct training evaluation, training need analysis, training plan, behavior event interview, hay job evaluation, & high potential development.
6.
Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7.
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
8.
Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms. Office).
9.
Creative, attractive, and persuasive.
