EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty. Ltd., (EEES) a Production Sharing Contract Contractor for BPMIGAS, with PSC Ares in onshore South Sulawesi.

EEES is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Indonesian National personnel for the following positions:

1. DRILLING ENGINEER

General Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering or similar tertiary Technical Institution;
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in Petroleum drilling applications, preparing drilling program, monitoring operations including well site support to drilling, completions and workovers;
• Knowledge of governmental procurement policies and other regulatory agencies.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Good understanding of health, safety end environmental laws and regulations;
• Strong interpersonal skill;
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate project ideas in a clear and concise manner;
• Well organized, self motivated and able to operate effectively with other company personnel;
• Computer and application software experience working with Microsoft Office and/Auto Cad application software systems;
• Good Command of English and Indonesian languages verbal and written.

2. GEOLOGIST

General Qualifications
• Possess a S-1 Degree in Geology or Geoscience;
• At least five (5) years experience in similar role;
• Capability to work independently under pressure;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Possess a good working knowledge and experience with a suite of geosciences software.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the geological activities of the Company;
• Responsible for all geological interpretation work including defining prospect & lead inventory and reserve calculation and economics;
• Familiar with various government regulatory bodies for reports and approvals.

3. GEOPHYSICIST

General Qualification
• Possess S-1 Degree in Geophysics or Geosciences;
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in similar role;
• Possess expertise on geophysical interpretation skills;
• Capability to work independently under pressure;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Must have an extensive knowledge of Indonesian basin;
• Possess a good working knowledge and experience with a suite of geosciences software.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the geophysical activities of Company;
• Responsible for all geophysical interpretation work including defining prospect & lead inventory and reserve calculation and economics;
• Define, specify and manage any seismic acquisition program;
• Familiar with various government regulatory bodies for reports and approvals.

4. CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT OFFICER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Technical, Busines Studies, Accounting, Commence or Laws;
• At least five (5) years working experience in the gas & oil industry or other Government registered sector;
• Understanding government regulations, and BPMIGAS policies and procedures in procurement process;
• Strong verbal and written English communication and computer literate.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assisting with Tenders and Contracts;
• Monitoring Suppliers/Vendors date base;
• Commitment Recording and Reporting;
• Set up and prepare technical service contracts.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY OFFICER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Technical or Social disciplines;
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in health, safety and environmental related works in oil and gas industry;
• Familiar with AMDAL process and procedures and have understanding in environmental management system;
• Enable to manage governmental relation.

Roles and responsibility
To assist the Environmental Coordinator to manage and monitor.

6. PROCESS ENGINEER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Chemical or similar tertiary technical institution;
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in oil gas processing or similar role;
• Posses expertise on Process simulation software skills such as HYSYS;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Experience in LNG Plant process technology will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Computer and process application software such as HYSYS;
• Process evaluation for existing gas facilities performance including gas compression, produced water disposal, process control and safety.

7. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Law or other Social disciplines;
• Have 5-10 working experience in the oil and gas industry or extensive work with oil and gas clients;
• Have extensive knowledge of labour laws and regulation;
• Enable to manage good communication and relation with government officials or agencies.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and control human resources organization and structure;
• Responsible for the general personnel administration works and handle day to day operational;
• To set up career development program including planning, training evaluation and report;
• Responsible to prepare and set up policies, procedures, labour agreements and contracts;
• Maintain good relation and coordination with government agencies as Depnaker, Pemda, local communities and non government organizations etc.

All positions based in EEES Jakarta office but must be willing to traveled work in EEES Area of operations as job requirements.
