NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER



As one of biggest players in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with an enormous size of organization, COCA-COLA BOTTLING INDONESIA – National Office inviting young and energetic professional whom wants to develop his/her career in industrial relation domain.



Taking charge for handling and solving Industrial Relation related issues, likewise developing Industrial Relation systems and facilities. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Director in managing the following accountabilities :



• Continuously updating the National General Structure of Corporate Labor Agreement (CLA) so as to be in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations;

• Supporting Unit Operations in updating the CLA so as to be in line with the General Structure of National CLA, particularly taking into consideration costs and benefits analysis between the former against updated CLA;

• Supporting Unit Operations in coping with industrial relations issues through advices, national views in accordance with legitimate laws as well as the best current practices;

• In coordination with Unit Operations, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, particularly in line with Occupational Health and Safety, Code Of Business Conducts, and Disciplinary Actions;

• Preparing and providing updated information for Unit Operations, particularly in line with new law regulations, operating procedures, and accordingly impacts to Unit Operations;

• Supporting the management in developing policies and procedures, preparing proposed designs in responding to new law or guidelines, in order to optimize function and working-condition of both National Office and Unit Operations;

• Maintaining good liaison with any third parties, such as United Labors, Apindo, Dinas Tenaga Kerja-Pegawai Perantara, and Auditor Officers, Confederation of Labor Union RTMM, as well as Law Enforcements;

• Taking care of industrial relation issues between employees and company, through bipartite and/or medias of industrial relation settlements;

• Acting as the intermediary of communication between Businessmen and Governments by accommodating regular meetings for HR communities.



To manage such an imperative functions, ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :



• S1 Degree in Law from reputable universities

• A minimal of ten (10) years of experience in handling industrial relation issues, preferably hone in manufacturing set-up, out of which minimal five (5) years exposed to the managerial functions;

• Shows a good communication and negotiation skills, so as to blend in a multitude cultures as well as people with various background;

• Performing an upright business acumen;

• Good leadership and management proficiencies;

• Your success will be largely attributed to coordinating the organizations in delivering the Core Business Plans, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills as well as a solid track record in accomplishing the predetermined deadlines in a highly dynamic environment is a must

• Proficient English communication skill, both written and verbal, is a must.
