The biggest offshore fabricator in Indonesia and one of the largest offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

TRAINEE QC ENGINEERS (T-QCE)

Responsibilities:
• The position entails 1 year of hands-on training on various aspects of quality management, suitable / essential for a marine fabrication yard.
• Upon completion of 1 year as a trainee, exceptionally performing candidates could be absorbed as QC Engineers in the yard, with good career prospects in this transnational company.

Requirements:
• Engineering graduates of the year 2008 / Fresh Graduate (S1 - Mechanical / Metallurgy) from any universities of Indonesia.
• Final GPA should be above 3.0 (out of 4).
• Candidates to be quick learner, team player and mainly an extrovert.
• A reasonably fair command on English language and having self-confidence with a pleasing personality to deal with employees at all levels and nationalities / cultures.

QC SECRETARY (QC-S)

Job duties:
• Assist QUALITY department in daily functions for effective and efficient operations pertaining to documentation, liaison, time/leave management, stationary/material requirements.
• Shall assist in writing procedures and manuals; travel arrangements, meeting and MOM coordination.
• Library management, data management and perform other wide variety of secretarial duties etc.

Requirements:
• Good command of ENGLISH written and verbal; Highly developed "MS Office" operating skills.
• Having at least 2 years of Secretarial experience; Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Ability / ease to liaise at all levels and with varied nationalities within and external of organization.
• Quick thinking and resourceful; Team player & independent accomplisher; service oriented with exceptional inter-personnel skills.
• Diligent, committed and able to control emotions under stressful environment.
