framework within the company.
Requirements :
* University degree from reputable university
* At least 2 years experience in managing payroll or Compensation & Benefits system at Multi National Company, preferably with experience in salary survey optimization
* Age max 30 years
* Good command of English both conversation and in writing
* Exhibits strong analytical skills and computer/ information management skills
* People skills and capability on securing confidential information
