Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement Sales Organization Development programs, which aimed to increase professional knowledge, ensure competency development and enhance performance excellence of Sales employees.

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor Degree from any educational background with min. GPA 3.00
* Having experience in Sales, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
* Experience in HR and training will be an advantage
* Willing to travel
* Willing to be relocated in any cities in Indonesia
