Regional Audit Manager (RAM)
The candidate should hold an appropriate accounting qualification and be able to demonstrate the following:


* Experience of managing a team of qualified accountants.
* Experience of motivating staff.
* Experience of delivering projects on a timely basis.
* Ability to work accurately at a detailed level whilst being able to 'cut through the detail' and apply a commercial view where appropriate.
* Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills
* Good organizational skills.
* IT literate with a high standard of Excel and Word.
* A willingness to undertake a degree of travel within the same region.
* Have an auditing background.
* Good grasp of English language, both oral and written.
* Highly motivated and ability to motivate others to help embed culture of 'Internal Control'.
* Proactively seeks to drive improvements.
* Ability to present new ideas or process improvements in a clear and concise manner.
* Previous experience of a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
