Front Desk Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, arrange incoming and outgoing faxes, distribute letters to whom it may concern, make a ticket and hotel reservation, arrange for visa application, receiving guests and filing documents.

Requirements:

* Hold min D3/S1 from any discipline, Female, max. 30 years old.
* Excellent in English communication skills (speaking, writing, on the phone).
* Computer literate under MS. OFFICE is a must.
* At least 2 years working experience, fresh graduate are welcome.
* Strong problem solving capability.
