Refinery Directorate of PT. PERTAMINA (Persero), a state oil and gas company in Indonesia, focusing to carry out business in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries invites skilled, trained, & qualified candidates to fill the following positions:


Senior Planner (SPL)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the establishment of project schedules, planning and status reporting in oil and gas projects from preliminary engineering through detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, maintenance and commissioning. Familiar with computerized planning and software packages, such as MS Project and knowledge of other software packages is advantageous.

Process Engineer (PE)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience. To provide process technology services to plant facilities. Main activities will be to monitor, review, analyze, and recommend in order to achieve an optimum plant performance in daily basis, to conduct study of process risk analysis, HAZOPs, and process design of plant modifications. Familiar with Catalytic Processes, Hysis or equal, and API Standard & Codes.

Rotating Equipment Engineer (REE)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience working with high power rotating equipment operation and maintenance in Oil Refinery or Petrochemical Plant. To support the Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent in ensuring that the machines are available to meet operational requirements safely, efficiently and at minimum cost. To provide a monitoring and technical services on equipment condition and reliability, advisory services to site and to supervise activities carried out by vendor specialists and maintenance team. Familiar with the operation of ADRE (Advanced Diagnostics for Rotating Equipments) and API Standard & Codes.

Electrical Engineer (ELC)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience working with Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance on Electrical equipments and systems with major oil and gas company. To provide expertise on technical services for all existing and proposed electrical installation plants including major electrical equipments, distribution, plant equipments, and power electronics, including UPS (Uninterruptable Power System). Familiar with Electrical international/industrial standards and procedures, ETAP Power Station, and Testing of Electrical Equipments.

Instrument Engineer (INT)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Physics Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience working with Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance on instrument equipments and systems with Major Oil and Gas Company. To provide expertise on technical services for all existing and proposed instrument installation plan, maintenance, and reliable performance such as DCS (Distributed Control system), PLC (Programmable Logic Control), Field Instrument System, On-line Analyzers, and instrument QA-QC. Familiar with ICS (Instrumentation & Control System) international/industrial standards and procedures, ICS software applications, and Instrument Testing Equipment.

Process Safety Management Coordinator (PSM)
Bachelor degree (S1) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with minimum 4 years of experience working with Safety, production, construction, and maintenance. To provide expertise in PSM (Process Safety Management) implementation, OSHAS 18001 services, and Plant Environmental Protection. Main activities will be PSM Coordinator, PSM trainer, and PSM auditor. Familiar with Risk management including Hazard in plant industries, and Indonesian HSE Regulations.

All candidates shall be:
• Fit to work hard for about 12 hours a day in remote and difficult environment and able to demonstrate his/her leadership and to well communicate with the Existing Employees.
• Dynamic and self motivated.
• Willing to be assigned everywhere within company assignment.
• Able to organize things and to coordinate with various disciplines to ensure the compatibility with all interfacing areas of the project.
• Able to work with Microsoft Office Package.
• Good in English both oral and written.
