We are one of the world's leading Insurance Company, is urgently looking for suitable candidate who possess the following qualifications to join our team as:

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (2 Positions)

Assist Operations Analyst in performing business fulfillment activities as well as customer inquiries. Role also includes report generation activities on periodical production activities, data entry into fulfillment system, booking compliance, billing and reconciliation.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
  Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries/requests.
  2.
  Perform customer enrollment and fulfillment process.
  3.
  Transfer customer inquiry call to the appropriate staff/department depending on inquiry type.
  4.
  Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  5.
  Follow-up on unresolved customer inquiries when solution(s) are found.
  6.
  Research and solve any billing and reconciliation issue.
  7.
  Recommend process improvements.
  8.
  Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1.
  Local university graduate (S1) or any exceptional applicants with Diploma (D3) with at least 1 year of experience.
  2.
  Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
  3.
  Good interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude, hard working, a team player, and sociable.
  4.
  Sufficiently equipped in written and spoken English or have previously worked in an environment with English as a formal business communication language.
  5.
  Proficient with MS Office Suite applications as well as other common internet programs and general business applications.
