A big multinational life insurance company currently inviting dynamic, highly motivated and superb candidates who possess strong interpersonal and resourceful to join our team as a full time staff in the following position:

Receptionist
(Will be based in Jakarta & Batam)

Responsibilities:



- Perform Receptionist functions and manage meeting room usage at Home Office.
- Perform and deal promptly and resolve satisfactorily all enquiries, complaint reports, faults, defects and correspondence relating to purchasing functions.
- Ensure all supporting document of Procurement filed in properly manner
- Monitor and control supplier's data base and other supplier document i.e. Company profile, Business Ethic Code and Supplier Data
- Administration on updating of reports for internal departmental usage. The following reports are updated monthly or quarterly :
- Petty Cash Utilities and Driver
- Purchasing Request and Purchase Order release
- Manage meeting room and ensure the facilities such as Calendar, Marker, Eraser, Tissue etc are available properly
- Undertake projects and assignment as directed by direct supervisor



Job Specification:



- Diploma degree from secretarial academy with min. 1 year relevant experience.
- Able to speak English.
- Good presentation skill.
