PT. INDOMINING, a member of a mining group company with several mining areas in Kalimantan, is looking for qualified, professional and highly motivated candidates for its operation in Sanga-sanga and Loa Janan (45 minutes and 30 minutes from Samarinda, Kaltim) for the following positions:

1. Operations General Manager (OGM)
• Male, maximum age 50.
• Min S1 Mining/ Geology Engineering.
• Min 10 years experience in managing large mining site.

2. Human Resources General Manager (HRGM)
• Male, maximum age 50.
• Min S1 Psychology or related discipline.
• Min 10 years experience in HR planning and management in large companies, preferably mining.

3. Project Manager (PM)
• Male, maximum age 50.
• Min S1 Mining/Geology Engineering.
• Min 8 years in mining company or similar job.

4. Mining Plan Engineer (MPE)
• Male, maximum age 50.
• Min S1 Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 3 years in similar job.
• Familiar with mining plan software or system.

5. Senior Geologist (SG)
• Male, maximum age 45.
• Min S1 Mining Engineering.
• Min 10 years in coal mining.
• Preferably familiar with AutoCad, GPS and mining plan software.

6. Senior Mine Engineer (SME)
• Male, maximum age 40.
• Min. S1 Mining/Geology Engineering min 10 years in coal mining planning or as mine engineer.
• Preferably able to operate minescape software.

7. Mine Engineer (ME)
• Male, maximum age 30.
• Min. S1 Mining/Geology Engineering.
• 3-5 years in coal mining planning or as mine engineer.
• Preferably able to operate minescape software.

8. Wellsite Geologist (WG)
• Male, maximum age 30.
• Min. S1 or D3 Mining/ Geology Engineering.
• Freshgraduate but 1-2 years experience in coal mining is an advantage.
• Preferably familiar with AutoCad, GPS and mining plan software.

9. Data Management & Data Controlling (DM/DC)
• Male/female, maximum age 30.
• Min S1 Geology Engineering.
• Freshgraduate but 1-2 years experience in coal mining is an advantage.

10. Legal Officer (LO)
• Male/female, maximum age 35.
• Min. S1 Law.
• 2-3 years experience in corporate or business law.

11. Personnel Administration (PA)
• Male/female, maximum age 25.
• Min. S1 Economy.
• 2 years experience in similar job.

12. Accounting Staff (AS)
• Male/female, maximum age 25.
• Min. S1 Accounting.
• Freshgraduate

General Requirements:
- No. 1, 3-9 should be willing to work at mining site.
- Possess strong commitment and strong leadership.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
