Key Responsibilities:

*  Receive and file documentation of account opening/closing
  *  Assist request of release or borrow document
  *
  Prepare, update/maintain & circulate report of document release or borrow
  *
  Assist in providing Liability Documentation Unit Report
  *
  Supervise process printing, enveloping, and delivery of customer statement
  *
  Handle inquiry & complaint related to customer statement
  *
  Prepare audit confirmation reply for customer's auditor
  *
  Assist CBA Singapore in delivery mail of CBA Singapore to its clients in Indonesia

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
  Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
  *
  Having experience at lease 1 (one) year in the similar area ( Fresh graduate is welcome)
  *
  Able to work well under tight deadline
  *
  Able to work with other department and posses a good teamwork quality
  *
  PC literate, self motivated and high integrity
  *
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and spoken English
