BRANCH MANAGER






Qualification:

1.
Male, age between 35 – 40 years old.
2.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Management or equivalent from reputable university.
3.
Min. 5 years working experience in a managerial level in FMCG industry.
4.
Excellent command in English (written & spoken).
5.
Able to operate office equipment including information management tools (Windows applications, database, etc.).
6.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of office and human resource management, work organization and supervision.
7.
Very good knowledge of the local community – industries, economic base, culture, key leaders, competitors.
8.
Able to work under pressure and likes challenges, ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and fast-growing company. Strong business acumen, result oriented, creative, strong leadership, interpersonal skill, problem solving & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable.
9.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
