Responsibilities:
* resolving complaints received timely & effectively and making appropriate recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
* improving customer awareness and enrollment for the phone banking services and call volumes
* providing excellent customer service in order to keep trustworthiness of the portfolio customers and maintaining zero complaints regarding to the services of CCC itself
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
