Sales Administration Staff
(Sulawesi Selatan - Makassar)


* Handle administration of Makassar branch (sales order, sales report, inventory, payment etc.)
* Coordinate with Warehouse to do the delivery
* Maintain good relationship with customers, handle complaints and answer inquiries from them
* Communicate in all means with Head Office via telephone, fax, email, or letter.


* Male/Female
* Maximum age 30 years old
* Hold min Bachelor degree in any major
* Experienced in handling administration, dealing with customer at least 1 year.
* Good communication, pleasant and enjoy dealing with people
* Strong customer service orientation, Able to work with 2 shifts (until 10pm) including on weekends (until 4pm), depends on the shift schedule.
* Good coordination and co-operation with other parties
* High accuracy and detail oriented, good analytical
* Strong administration skill
* Able to work in Makassar
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
