MOP0331 - FOREMAN – DRILLING

Responsibility:
Under limited supervision, coordinates the mine drilling operations to permit associated
blasting to achieve daily mine production targets.

Qualification:
• Mining engineer with 2 years experience or higher school degree with 7 years
experience supervises drill and blasting activity (formal education)
• Minimum 5 years of mine blasting experience or an equivalent combination of blasting
training and experience are necessary (experience)
• Able to coordinate the shift hand over field instruction to ensure 24 hours operation
(informal training or specialist education)
• Able to operate computer used standard software (Microsoft) (computer skills)
• Willing to learn and have ambition to get higher level position and able to take care 10
drill unit (interpersonal skill)
• Able communicate used both Indonesian and English (language skill)

PMT025I - SENIOR CORROSION ENGINEER

Responsibility:
Administer corrosion remediation field works and apply management plans, specifications
and procedures contained within the Corrosion Remediation Plan.

Qualification:
• Tertiary qualified in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• At least 8 years experience in multi discipline remediation project roles, on operating
plant, preferably with corrosion and structural repair content.
• The candidate shall have sound skills in workplace access facilities on operating plant
including tower, mobile and suspended scaffolds, and mobile work platforms.
• Competent in project engineering skills of safety, environment and quality management.
• Computer literacy
• Intermediate English skills

MOP0048 - SENIOR FOREMAN - PIT SERVICES

Responsibility:
• Comply with all PT NNT Occupational Health and Safety requirements as well as Decree
of the Ministry of Mines & Energy No. 555.K/26/M.PE
• Ensure electric power cables are placed on the proper locations to facilitate the supply of
power to Electric Shovels and other electric units working in various locations throughout
the mine.
• Compliance to shovel sequences according to mine plan design requires the cable
relocation plan and execution best practices on a daily basis.
• Eliminate the unnecessary idling mining equipment by providing the most efficient cable
management and avoiding cable damage (abuse).
• Optimize the utilization of mining equipment to comply with equipment productivity
target.
• Ensure the continuity of projects among crews as well as managing timely manner
deliverance on each project.
• Manage haul road throughout the mine by providing road maintenance best practices to
improve the Tire Lifetime.

Qualification:
• Tertiary qualified in Mining Engineering with at least 7 years of mining experience in a
large open pit/surface mine including electric shovel/drill, projects & road maintenance
• or Senior High School with 10 years experience of mining in a large open pit/surface
mine including electric shovel/drill projects & road maintenance
• Tire management experience is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of previous supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and people and task oriented outlook
• Able to coordinate the shift hand over field instruction to ensure 24 hours operation.
• Good communication skill both bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to operate computer used standard software (Microsoft office Package)
