PT DH Power, a group company of PT Darma Henwa Tbk, in collaboration with the
international partners, produces and supplies electricity and alternative energy, such as
coal-to-liquid/coal-to-gas/upgraded brown coal to power utilities and industries.
DH Power is seeking Corporate Secretary, a senior position reporting to Board of Directors.
He/she must be able to handle the following duties:

1. Manage internal & external corporate communication as well as public relations to
clarify the company position.
2. Maintain and develop business relationships with investors to assist them having wide
access of information, particularly on corporate financial condition.
3. Sit as secretary/member of several corporate-committees such as risk management
committee and audit committee.
4. Organize investor/shareholder-meeting, set agenda, disseminate and follow up
proceedings of meeting.
5. Act as liaison officer between BOD & BOC and to maintain corporate reports as well as
other legal documents.

If you are S1, preferably MBA certificate holder, having relevant experience of 5 years, we
