Job Title : ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Directorate : Marketing & Innovation
Location : Jakarta

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to conduct technical assessment and preparation of candidate to become Solusi Rumah Concrete Product Manufacturer (SR CPM). The person will also be responsible to set up SR CPM according to agreed business model, to transfer SR production know how by conducting production training to BDS Trainers or/and to CPM workers, to transfer SR construction know how by conduction training BDS Trainers or/and to Home builders or and to Contractors. He/she also have to ensure machine maintenance and service CPM to secure optimum productivity as well as to support quality control of building materials. The incumbent will assist and support construction, design and engineering team in all technical aspects.




Requirements:
- Education: min. Diploma degree from Civil Engineering preferably with construction work practices.
- Experiences:

* min. 2 years experience in pre cast concrete or cement based building material production.
* min. 5 years working experience associated with the design, Construction, property or financial industry within Indonesia (and/or the region).
* has experienced or involve directly on structural design, cost analysis and estimation.
* has experienced or involve directly on construction sites.

- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, AutoCAD, knowledge of Structural Program : SAP2000, ETABS etc
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:

Good overall business understanding.

Good sales ability / persuasiveness.
*
Possess excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job

Ability to create drawing.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
