Territory Manager - East Java
(Surabaya or Jakarta (70:30 = Surabaya:Jakarta))



Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a growth strategy in defined geographic area (East Java)
* Work with the team to drive development and delivery of new products and services to meet customer needs and improve customer and partner satisfaction
* Perform customer needs analysis and develop key account strategies
* Lead the team to meet sales objectives, improve productivity, increases revenues and maximize profitability within the given territory
* Develop strong long – term business relationship with key account customers/partners by evaluating and understanding the customer business to best fit with the chosen products/services
* Function as customer advocate (note: not necessarily need sales contact, as we have Account Manager who will be in charged with this function)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya or Jakarta (70:30 = Surabaya:Jakarta).
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.


* Additional Skills:

o Well knowledge in software related products
o Well understood in given territory (East Java) especially on tapping better market and executing it with impact full sales strategies.
o Persuasive in selling and well understood in handling objections
o Possesses effective leadership skills especially on motivating and leading the team
o Have exposure in dealing with East Java regulator and media
