Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to perform a result oriented on Transformational Sales customer based on yearly volume budget, cost and EBITDA margin.


1. Education: University degree from Civil Engineering / Architecture / Management.
2. Experiences: min. 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales or Managerial Level of similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling construction products.
3. Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications:

o Product knowledge and knowledge of construction industry and concrete technology.

o Ability to read and interpret specification of key account project.

o Ability to deal with people from all level of the business.

o Excellent selling and negotiation skills.

o Good presentation skill.

o Having certificate in quality management or minimum understand on the quality management.

o Good communication, personal & interpersonal skills.
