Commercial Support Staff
Report to: Sales, Accounting & A/R Supervisor
Location: Jakarta Head Office


* Control daily sales report
* Reconcile difference between sub system and stock
* Journal Credit Note & Deposit
* Update Credit Note report form
* Sales flash to Head Quarter and request meeting
* Weekly sales detail (actual vs. outlook)
* Closing Sales (up load to internal system, i-Scala)
* Sales reconciliation (Marketing vs. sub system vs. stock)
* Sales Reporting (Sales Flash, Statistic, NPS Analysis, VAT report, Margin, etc.)
* Incentive Report
* Journal to Scala regarding to Credit Note, Deposit and Sales
* Credit Note and Deposit reconciliation
* Customer Master update
* System advisor for branches


· Age: 23 – 25 years
· Languages Spoken: English & Bahasa Indonesia
· Educational Background: Min. Bachelor Degree @ Accounting
· Minimum Experience: 1 year in the position
· Hardworking, fast learner, able to work independently and high initiative
· Detailed oriented
· Passionate in the job
