Warehouse Admin



Job Description:

- To pick up SIM Cards, Starter Packs or Vouchers from Stock Room (HO, Branch, or Depot).

- To check and confirm the physical quality that is picked up with quality in the system scanned the serial number.

- To conduct post goods issu and create Delivery Order via Carmen/SAP system.

- To generate daily/weekly/monthly stock report as and when requested by his/her Superior.

- To conduct daily cycle count in order to maintain stock accuracy between physical and Carmen/SAP system.

- To monitor stock level in his/her area (Branch/depot) and to request for for replineshment if stock under minimum level.

Job Qualification/Requirements:

- Min. D3 from Accounting or Computer.

- Min. 2 years working experience in Warehouse Administration.

- Computer literate, experinced in SAP System especially Module Sales Distribution and Material Management are recommended.

- Have good Analytical thinking and have knowledge in Basic Accounting.

- Have good communication and coordination among the team.

- Fluent in English for both spoken and written.

- Willing to be located in Bandung, Denpasar, Medan and Palembang.
