Import Officer


Responsibilities:

*
Responsible in the import and export aspects of the Apparel, Footwear, A&G sourcing products and shops fixtures related products
*
Coordination with Logistics parties, Sourcing, and international suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate product delivery/availability
*
Planning and tracking the shipment for international product
*
Ensure a timely Customs clearance and take the necessary actions based on the ad-hoc requirements on the field
*
Supporting the Sourcing process to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery from suppliers to the warehouse
*
Involved in leasing with the existing / new logistics and customs clearance agents to ensure on-time, cost effective and efficient delivery
*
Comply with any reporting requirements from Adidas-Group or management

Requirements:

*
A University Degree (S1) holder, with proven relevant import/export and LC knowledge experience preferred
*
Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position
*
Able to multi-task and highly independent
*
Meticulous in nature and excellent time management skills
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
Good command in English
*
Computer Literate
