PT. Bhakti Surya Telecomindo is a fast growing
telecommunication contractor company. We have strong
fundamental business in supporting Indonesian
Telecommunication Industry. Our core business focuses
in investment & construction of cellular
telecommunication infrastructure all over Indonesia.

Currently we are looking for the right candidate for
the position:

HR Staff


Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
Min. 1 years experience in similar position
Familiar with personnel related matters such as labor
organization, industrial relation, recruitment,
selection, etc
Good knowledge in Labor / Human Resource Law
Highly initiative person, communication and
interpersonal skills
Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and human
Can work under pressure
Can work both independently and as a part of a team
Competent in Filing and Administration
Computer literate is a must
Able to speak and write in English
Also Preferably:
Able to prepare and review contract drafting
Able to handle Legal Documentation
Have good knowledge in Company Law
Manage employee recruitment process & documentation
Review employee recruitment entrance test
Handle filling & HR administrative duty
Review any agreement related to company business
Monitoring & up date company legal documentation, rule
and regulation related to company business
Provide legal opinion to the company's management
