To support our business in Procurement, we are looking for strong qualified candidates to fill in position as:

Procurement Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:
§ Resposible to manage and support request of goods from Head Office and Branches since Purchase Request received until delivered/distributed the goods. Ensure procurement process done with comply procedure and bank regulation
§ Supervise subordinates to seeking potencial vendors in BII's listed vendors, pre-qualification for bidding, quotation evaluation, clarification and negotiation with vendors and making contract management with qualified vendor.
§ Issuing and controlling process of Purchase Order. Make sure proccess and all fields stated in Purchase Order was right.
§ Analize product market trend and benchmarking
§ Design procurement strategy, manage & update price list periodical with regularly bidding.
§ Create efficiency cost, develop better procurement process effectively
§ Analyze opportunities to create the best performance, best service level for procurement team
§ Manage & evaluate subordinates performance in Procurement Department

General requirement:

§ Hold minimum S1 degree from reputable university from any majoring
§ Having minimum 5 years experience in Procurement/ Purchasing
§ Having solid knowledge about procurement & premises banking system and procedure will be preferable
§ Fast learner & have a good conceptual and analytical skill
§ Good writing skill & computer literate min Microsoft Access & Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc)
§ Good command in English both oral and written
§ Ready to work hard and under pressure
§ Good interpersonal & communication skill
§ Team player
