Charles & Keith and Pedro (PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang) is a well-established retail company is looking for dynamic professional to fill the position:

1. Marketing Coordinator/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
o Reporting to the Business Development Manager
o Establish annual and monthly planning of marketing programs based on blue print, in line with the established marketing plans and in adherence to the corporate policies and procedures within budget limits.
o Coordinate, audit, monitor and control the execution of marketing programs.
o Build up, maintain and ensure excellent business contacts with media, landlords, etc.
o Introduce creative & effective strategies & programs in the area of Marketing, Advertising & Promotion activities
Requirements:
o Male/Female (Single)
o Hold min S1 degree in related field
o Having min 2 (two) years experience in Marketing, Advertising & Promotion area with deep knowledge in retail management at retail - fashion industry
o Fluent in English, and Mandarin will be an advantage
o Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication and high standards of professionalism and result oriented.
o Computer literate, including photoshop. Autocad literate will be an advantage.
o Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality and good appearance.
o Understanding of image & niche marketing in fashion business.
o Have own vehicle

2. Operation Coordinator/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
o Reporting to the Business Development Manager
o Analyzing sales and generate reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
o Monitor stores and control the efficiency of store operation on daily basis across Indonesia.
o Implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
Requirements:
o Male/Female (Single)
o Hold min S1 degree in related field
o Having min 2 (two) year experience in retail operation area with focus in sales and service - fashion industry
o Fluent in English, and Mandarin will be an advantage
o Possess outstanding managerial & leadership skills
o Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication and high standards of professionalism and result oriented.
o Computer literate
o Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality and good appearance.
o Have own vehicle
