Training Officer (TO)
(Jawa Timur - Pasuruan)


Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible to participate in the activities of the Attitude Acquisition and Development Sub Department by developing appropriates training courses that have been indentified as being needed for our employees to ensure they develop the skill required standarts in line with the company's business objectives

Requirements:

* A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
* Male/Female, not older than 27 years old
* Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in manufacturing industry
* Have knowledge or training need analysis, training methodologies, recruitment selection, and also on training effectivess evaluation
* Possess a strong communication skill, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, puctuality and meet agreed deadlines
* Able to act as a role model, encourage and support others to do so
* Proficient in English (spoken and written) and with the computer application literacy is a must
