hospitality industry located in Bali and are currently looking for a
qualified Secretary and Office Manager. We offer an attractive benefit

Skills, values and experience required :

§ Outgoing personality

§ Good communication skills, both written and oral. English
is a must

§ Good organizational and administrative skills

§ Proactive and hands-on

§ Efficient and organized

§ Expert operating Microsoft Office Application.

§ At least 2 years experience working for the same position
in an international company

§ Female, aged between 20-30 years old (Secretary)

§ Fast typist (preferably 60 words/minute (Secretary)

§ Holding a secretarial diploma, preferably bachelor degree
(Secretary)

§ Female/Male, aged between 20-35 years old (Office Manager)

§ Holding bachelor degree, preferably master degree (Office
Manager)

§ Living in Bali – Kuta/Seminyak area is preferred
